I have forgotten my parental control passwod. How do I reset it without knowing the old password?

Go into settings and select device settings then factory reset.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. I have tried 0000 and 1234 but its doesn't work. How do I reset the box?

Is this on the TV Hub?

 

Unless you set your own password the default is either 0000 or 1234.

 

Otherwise you will need to reset the box.
