I have had recent problems with Banking on HSBC as the green page border does not activate although the Supersafe Boost application is telling me that it's active.
I have re-installed the App twice without success and am finding it increasingly difficult to email HSBC as they do not appear to have any help or customer services emails anymore??
I suspect it is the HSBC site as this problem exists on both of my laptops.
Any help appreciated.

After experiencing some other performance issues on my primary laptop, I reloaded Windows and the problem was resolved when I got around to logging in again to my online bank account. I then checked my other laptop and this also was now working correctly so not sure what the root cause was. It could have been the website itself or perhaps my ISP was having issues affecting the communication.
