Can you please help. I have Talktalk F secure Supersafe loaded on my computer, my husbands laptop and my android phone. It tells me on my computer that it is out of date and to update it, when I click on Update now nothing happens. I cannot get the app to load on my computer but it works on my husband's laptop, I can do a scan and everything else but nothing on mine. What is the problem do you think?

Hi Susan, has it previously worked normally on your tablet? No removing it will not remove it from husband's laptop. What make and model is the tablet?

Hi I have a similar problem. Husbands laptop is ok but my tablet will not scan and says not protected. I also get a white blank screen (?virus!!!) If I uninstall on my tablet will it also uninstall from husband's laptop. Susan

Hi Jinks1, often the quickest way to fix these type of issues is to remove the software and reinstall it. To remove it use the Fsecure removal tool to uninstall it.
