KIDS Safe settings do not work

- I have fibre: TalkTalk sent me an eero 6 router which is incompatible, it is not plugged in to my ONT.
- I have made the online settings to kids safe to stop p*rn being viewed and have enabled a HOMEWORK period
- I received an email saying the settings were accepted by TALKTALK
- I checked the settings online and they are correct
- The KIDSAFE service does not work at all in any respect. My children can still see p*rn. It is UNSAFE.
- I have turned off the fibre connection for 30 minutes
- I have cleared caches on all devices (not that it will ever make any difference to an external network setting)
- I have restarted all devices numerous time.
Please do not post replies asking me to make changes to my PC. this is a network-level problem that TALKTALK need to resolve. It has nothing to do with my devices in my house.

I want kidsafe to work
kidsafe does not work
i did not give you permission to disable kidssafe on my account. I never asked for that
i have turned kidsafe on again
it still does not work
I received an email saying they were enabled but the blocking on your server does not work.
i can access sites like twitch.tv. i do not want to access that site. i want to exclude access
=> my settings are attached in a png, as you can see they are correct <=
I do not want to use an EERO router it conflicts with my home network

talktalk: you advised there is a bug which stops KIDSSAFE working when your system recognises an EERO router was sent. That is highly doubtful!! please rectify the supposed bug and report on progress

problem not resolved.
you are using the eero router and should make the settings on that
mods: I am not using the eero router i was sent (nor do i want to)

If it helps I just sussed it out
the content filter options on the eero router are where you I’ve to now setup rules for your children
make a profile then you can set up what you want to block
a faff but it’s very bad talktalk did not tell people

Hi smarkgee_, when the system sees you were sent an eero it prevents HomeSafe from working. I've sent this over to a team who are investigating this issue for me. I'll post back once I have heard back from them.
