Kids Safe keeps cancelling?

I turned my Kids safe off and now cannot get it to come back on again. I go into my security and turn it on. Then i leave the site and go back in. It always seems to revert to Kids Safe off? What am i doing wrong.

Hi DD_Summer, I've just logged into your account and Kidsafe is showing as on. Is it working ok for you now?

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

With most functions you need to check that the page has updated when signed in.
