The wifi connection on my iPad has changed to EE Wifi unsecured network without my permission.

Hello Keith

This issue is resolved following a Live Chat with a TalkTalk support person.

The iPad Wifi connection got switched to a free public EE Wifi network.  I was puzzled how that happened.  I have now switched it back to TalkTalk.

Please can you elaborate on this?

 

  1. Are you a TalkTalk customer?
  2. If so, what package are you on & which make/model of router do you have?
  3. Do you mean that your iPad does not detect the TalkTalk router's WiFi anymore & has connected to some other network?
