I have Supersafe re-installed on my phone and have added three other devices successfully.
One iPhone 13 Pro however will not install. Message comes up saying subscription expired , try again once renewed.
Have tried uninstalling/ re-installing, trued using alternative email but seems to get stuck on this message.
Two hours on useless TalTalk chat could not resolve.
Any new solutions please??

Hi Sven727, what do you see when you login to the Supersafe App?
Ady
Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Any subscription if there had been one would have been wiped when phone was completely reset .

Hu Chris,
It was on this phone some considerable time ago. I then removed the boost from my account.
Having just renewed contract I decided to add boost once again. The account and subscription is in my name and email etc.
This iPhone 13 was mine but was wiped clean and became my wife’s phone so I cannot understand why the system thinks subscription has expired.

Hi Sven727,
Has the supersafe boost worked on the iphone 13 previously?
