McAfee would be a scam, TalkTalk wouldn't tell you this.
I suspect the other a scam too. Hover over the senders email address and it will give you the actual address of the sender, which will most probably not be a TalkTalk address.
Unless you are an ex customer, who pays or needs to pay for keeping your email active, then you can and should disregard this.
And don't click on any links in the mails.
