I have a samsung galazy mobile phone with giffgaff I've had talktalk anti virus on it no problems till now it's froze my phone I need to be able to ring hospital as my mom is in hospital just having end of life care

Have you tried resetting the phone? 

 

If not search your model number and reset. You should get instructions.

 

I have to say this is the first instance I've heard of the program freezing a phone though.

 

Once reset you could try using it again to see if it is the cause, or uninstall it, but then you do lose features that may be of benefit.

 

If you can't reset for some reason, you'd be best off seeking advice on the Samsung forum.
