Our Epson printer has worked fine and connected to our router. Our router was then updated and now it won’t connect. A test on the printer says it’s likely to be a problem with restrictions on the router, filtering certain addresses. But we can’t find anything to take us to the router filters

Yes no problem @Michelle-TalkTalk
Is the new router using the same WiFi network name (SSID) as the old router. That will always be the simplest way, if not you will have to default the printer's network configuration.

Hi Michelle. Thanks for getting back to us.
Yep it’s since we’ve changed router that the printer is not connecting.
Our router is SAGEMCOM-FAST5464
Many thanks

Hello,
I'm sorry to hear this. Can I just confirm, do you mean that the firmware was updated on the router or are you using a different router altogether? What make and model of router do you have please?
Thanks
Michelle
