STILL cannot get my husbands phone details to show on the Supersafe page, to say its covered although it is scanning on his phone. ??why does it not show as registered please.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Try signing out on the phone and sign in again.

 

Or uninstall and reinstall.
