Well, that will all depend on which router & WiFi adapters you have. Only the Eero currently supports WPA3 & that may be experimental. If your WiFi adapter in your device does not support WPA3, then it will never work anyway.
Do you have any particular reasons to want to use WPA3 as most of the enhancements have been added to WPA2 Personal anyway? It is just that WPA3 mandates those, whereas in WPA2 Personel, they are optional.
