I believe I am entitled to 10 licenses with my SuperSafe Boost. I am had an ongoing issue (over 2 weeks). My account does not recognise my licenses as tells me I have none left. This means I am unable to protect my children's devices.

How can you resolve this issue for me?

I have located your account, and I do see that it is showing that supersafe boost is active on your account and it should be working right.

.You can do this yourself by opening your Dashboard on your PC and release any licence that applies to your devices that you no longer have.. Select People and Devices, then Subscription Owner and then click the device.

If you've purchased new devices over the years and added them, it's a possibility you haven't released the old devices they replace.

I'd also name the devices in your dashboard so you can keep a track of them easily.

Hope this helps.
