Talktalk blocks links sent by Convertkit

We subscribe to a website that sends us several links a day by email which we need to complete certain tasks. They use Convertkit to send these emails. This last week these links have become inoperable on any device (laptop, phone, ipad, pc) while connected to our Talktalk router (the phone worked only while disconnected from the router). As it is an issue on all our devices while connected to the router the problem is not with the individual devices or their caches. Not all the devices use security software like Norton, so that is also not the reason. We have reset the router to factory settings, but that didn't make any difference.

ChatGPT tells us that Talktalk does indeed block sites like Convertkit. Is there any way Talktalk can undo this block? If so, how can we make them do it?

I have switched off scam protection but the links still don't work. Virus protection is still on, but I don't really want to switch that off, as that worries me. Could you tell me if that could even be remotely responsible for the blocking? I have reported the issue to the website who use Convertkit. They are also looking into it.

Yes, that would be a good idea. We are wondering though if Scam protection was only activated in the last two week as that was when the problem occurred and also whether if we are now suddenly getting a surge of scamming we could then reactivate it. ut yes please, let's switch it off for now and see if that makes a difference. Thanks!

I'm really sorry about all of that @Martina2B , looks like scam protection is activated in your home safe which might be blocking certain sites. Would you like me to switch it off and see what happens afterwards? Thanks

Just to add, this block suddenly happened last week. We had three months where we received these links and activated them without problem.

Hi there @Martina2B, usually when something like that happens it has something to do with home safe in my account. Can you please access my account and just check your home safe settings and confirm if they currently turned on. Thanks
