Unable to edit the kid safe setting on my home Wi-Fi

Hi,

 

I am unable to edit the kid safe setting on my home Wi-Fi, when I make a change, and try to save my changes, I get the following message below:  "There was a technical error

We’re sorry and working hard to resolve this. Please try again later."

Hi BC, I've turned on the settings you requested. I've not changed the File Sharing, games and file sharing. If you need those blocking too just shout.

Hi Ady,

I have a similar problem in that I cannot update the Kid Safe settings.

In my case if you could remotely update so that all the "Unsuitable for under 18s" website categories are ticked i.e. no access, that would be great.

Hi Dbb1982, you would need to call customer services if you want to speak with someone on the phone. We only offer support via the community here on the community. 

 

It's very odd that it should work for me and not you as we're accessing the tool in the same way using the same portal. Do you use a VPN?

When I turn your homesafe on or off I do it via your MyAccount the same as you do. Have you tried another browser too?

Dbb1982, I've done the same for you checking your account and again it worked perfectly. Have you tried clearing the cache of your browser?

Hi KGee, I've just made 2 changes in your kidsafe. I blocked gambling then allowed it and both changes showed as successful with no errors. Could you try again and let me know if you're still having problems.
