Unable to use Satchel One - homework app.

Talk Talk safe doesn’t let my daughter to use Satchel One which is a homework app. Does anyone know how to make it work?

I don't know how to remove it. It won't let me to remove it from from my daughter's phone. I should be able to do so from my phone but I seem to be able only add devices and not to remove them?

Have you tried removing and readding TalkSafe on the device its not working on in case its corrupted?

Yes, it does. It also work for me on my phone withTalkSafe

Hi, She is not able to follow the link in the Satchel. When she clicks on the link it doesn’t open it, it takes her to the Safe browser, as on attached photo but without opening it.

Also she can't open a BBC good food website, which is a food site.
