hi, i have had talktalk supersafe on my pc and moblie smart phone for years.

but lately the supersafe app keeps turning its self off, usually within a few minutes after i have turned it back on.

i have tried turning the phone on and off, but it still turns its self off.

i dont know what the problem is or why it has suddenly started doing this. I

would be very grateful if someone has any ideas what i can do to solve this problem.

i worry about the security on my phone with this happening. thankyou

Hi lisbeth, as fr8ys has said try removing it and reinstalling it. If you do that use the Fsecure removal tool to ensure all entries are removed for a clean installation.

Have you tried uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it?

Hopefully it will fix it
