How are you getting on, did you check the HomeSafe/KidSafe settings in your My Account? Have you also tried powering down the router for a full 30 minutes as this will clear the current session?

Hi @tourag might be on the Talktalk block list, best way round that is either VPN or change DNS settings in the router.
