I'm being prompted for a 4 digit code to pairing the Talktalk tv app to the TV Hub. I can't figure out how to get that 4 digit code.

You may well be right- that was certainly what I had assumed - but Talktalk tech support insisted I was using the correct app. One size fits all apparently.

The TalkTalk TV app as far as I'm aware is for the 4k box, not the TV hub.

Hi divsec, it's the Talktalk tv hub.
Thanks for replying but I've just instigated a return/cancellation. It's nearly a nice product, but the interface and the app issue, along with the hours I've already spent with with tech support and various terrible Talktalk systems and processes have defeated me!

Thanks Divsec, but my tv hub menu doesn't include that option, or any equivalent I can find.
