My new 4k TV Box will not open the My5 app, I've carried out soft and hard reset, still no luck, any sugestions/

I appreciate it’s an old thread, I was asking if they had had their issue sorted or not. I’ve just spent 2.5 hours on chat to them and got absolutely no where other than lost all my app logins and now in a worse situation that this morning!! LIVID

This is an old thread, and for staff support you need to open your own thread.
Also make sure that you have completed your Personal Information in your community forum profile. SAVE CHANGES.
Staff will reply to your new thread after the weekend.

Try the advice from fr8ys, but if this fails, there is a known issue with the app that My5 are looking into. you can also see app help info via Help centre (channel5.com)

Try resetting the box by pushing the on off button on the left hand side 5 times in succession.
