I’ve had my talktalk recording box for around 7 years now and suddenly yesterday the remote has stopped working. 
how do I get another one?

Thankyou for your reply. What happens if I’m still in contact for a year with my recording box? Also I am not wanting to get rid of my recording box

Talktalk can no longer supply replacement remotes and you would need to call Talktalk directly or use Chat to order a whole new (not recording) box, @Gracewillis.

 

Phone 03451 720088 during the day Monday  - Saturday. 

 

It would come with a rental charge (replaces the old TV charge) so needs to be discussed as part of your contract.
