I have the little black TV box,  I think it's the 4K. A window popped up saying to rescan channels so I did , then after it said do you want to add extra channels  so I pressed yes . Now the channels are starting with 800 instead of from 1. Is this normal ? If not how do I get them back to the original  numbers? I redid the scan a second time and this time pressed no to adding extra channels  but nothing changed.

Try resetting the box. If yours is the 4k box it will have a button on the left hand side. Press this 5 times when on and the box will factory reset.
