Channels frozen

I have a new hub of a few weeks. Today all of the channels have frozen. You can watch a programme but you have to wait for it to finish and then watch it on catch up. I've done the 'turn it off and on again' but still no improvement. Anybody help.

I'd suggest doing a factory reset which will clear any bugs in the software.

 

If it still occurs after this please let us know.
