Really frustrated.
New contract. New router. New hub
Loads of issues.
Now unable to go back on guide to watch anything previous.
Guide States 'no information
available'

That error normally means that the TV is waiting for Freeview to populate that part of the guide. What other issues do you have? We will be happy to help you.
