How to get catch up for PBS America on 4k box

Anyone know how to get catch up ( not paid) for PBS America? Freeview uses channel 100 but that is disabled on talktalk guide

PBS America is available on channel 84 on Freeview. Not sure if they have a catch up/on demand service, have you checked their website?
