ITV X not moving on automatically to next episode on itvx

does anyone else have this problem with ITVX not automatically moving on to next episode 

on my other Tv I’ve a Roku box to get my Tv apps  there’s no problem watching ITVX

it works perfectly moves on to next episodes,,, so why doesn’t my TalkTalk Hub work ok.

Should add that this is not necessarily an issue with the box, but may be a limitation programmed in by the App owner, namely ITV.

Whilst they may seem the same, each version of ITVX may have different functions and therefore work differently.

 

This is due to the hardware configuration if the various devices out there on which it is installed.

 

The most common difference between such versions is that some have the capability to show live TV and on others the live function is not present.

 

The ability to move to the next episode may be a symptom of this 

 

The only way you will be able to know for sure is to do a factory reset which will download all apps again.  The only issue with this is your time, and the need to sign in to all apps again.
