There have been others asking this question and the answer is it is down to ITV as to whether the app will appear on Youview.
Youview were working with ITV on this but since they have closed their forum there is no news on this.
Originally it was stated that if your box gets the ITV Hub, it would eventually get ITVX. The rollout is down to ITV and outside YouView and TalkTalk s control.
The best solution is to buy an Amazon Firestick or Roku Stick which will give you the latest versions of the main apps, plus other free TV channels such as Pluto.
