How do I get ITVX in my tv. I recently bought a smart tv and presumed it would connect fairly straightforwardly ?

As i said if its recordable, its no longer available on your box.

A talk talk you view box and when I try to access ITVX that’s when I get the message.

no problem with any other apps.

Which box do you have?

Can you access other apps like the BBC iPlayer?

When does this message appear? Before the ITVX loads, or once you get to the signin page?

I get a message on my to saying ‘visit www.talktalk.co.uk/tv help for more information’ However that doesn’t appear to be that easy! Thank you for responding anyway

Do you mean on your new TV or via a box supplied by TalkTalk?

If your TV you need to have an account with ITV and then sign in via the home page of the ITV app. If you have an issue with this you would be better to find a forum for the make of your TV as TalkTalk can only support its own supplied products.

If you mean via a supplied box, the process is the same but older recordable YouView boxes do not support ITVX.
