Got itvx back but it keeps asking me to verify my email, but when I do it on my phone it keeps saying its already verified. What's going on!!

I assume you are trying to log 8nto the ITV website so you can verify the code to enable ITVX on your box. Or are you trying to log 8nto the app using your email address and password?

 

Either way this is an ITV issue and you would be best trying to sign into the ITV website to reset your credentials.

 

If you have never set up an account you will need to do so before using ITVX.

 

If this is not the issue please expand upon the issue.
