My TV hub was installed on 04 Jan. 2024 and all was well untill 27th.Feb when Live T.V chanels not available but "Catch-up" OK. Message on screen says "week or no aerial signal coded YVM402. Where do we start to rectify please?

The weather is playing havoc with signals at the moment so it's best to leave for a couple of days to see if it improves.
If things don't improve, you can try a retune from your settings or may be best to factory reset the box.
Try the aerial directly to your TV and retune this. If you lose channels there it may be an aerial issue in which case you will need to consult a local installer.
