Hi. I tried to use my codes for switching my NOW TV services from Talktalk directly to NOW but they aren’t working. When I go on to my NOW account it tells me to manage them through Talktalk. Anyone know how to make the switch?

i am also having same issue, spoke to now tv , they say it is a talktalk issue. Cnnot chat to anyone in talktalk, chat unavailable all afternoon.

Thanks for the reply. I don’t want to remove NOW, I want to keep it going. Do I have to wait until my Talktalk deal ends before switching directly to NOW?

Hi there @Graemealex We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We have encountered a small issue when customers are attempting to remove NOW before their end date. Now is due to be shut down on the 29th on 29th July 2025. However I can see on your account it will end on 16/07/2025.
