New TalkTalk 4K TV box, voice control

Hi all

Ive just set up a new 4K TV Box .All’s well apart from the fact that I can’t find the Skill needed in the Alexa app. I’ve followed the on screen instructions but no no avail. Can anyone advise what might be the issue

You can also use the generic NetGem skill. I no longer use this but have successfully linked my box to both skills at one stage (but not at the same time).

 

I do recall that some people had an issue early on and had to reset the box to factory settings and it cleared the box of its memory of trying to pair.
