New phone

[Frustrated!]

I have a new google pixel phone and cannot get it to accept my talktalk account. I have entered all the correct information but it says " couldnt open connection"

I'm sorry for the delay. Can I just confirm, do you mean that the internet doesn't work on your phone or are you trying to access My Account?
