How on earth can I remove Netflix from my TalkTalk package. I have been trying every possible method for the last hour. It seems as if the method is hidden somewhere.
I don't want to spend all of May calling the help line only for the charge to appear in next months bill.
There must be an easy way.

Hi Tom,
Can I just confirm that the email address you use for Netflix is the same email address you have listed on your 'Community Profile' - ie. the one you use for TalkTalk billing ?
