No channels

No free view channels, only get bbc channels through iplayer, re scanning digital channels picks up none, signal strength shows good. Talk talk tv box issue?

Diagnostics says channel/ level. 153/-52dbm

Was a faulty masthead amp in loft !!

Thanks @fr8ys.

I have a power over co-ax amp in the loft next to the aerial, I'll spend a bit time later looking into this, I also have another tv in another room on the same aerial, also with freeview ( not used in a while),  i'll check this one also !

Which box do you have?

 

If you take the aerial out of the box and plug it directly into the TV do you get the channels? If you haven't used the TV tuner for a while you may need to retune.

 

If you don't get any then it's an aerial issue and you will need to consult a local aerial installer.

 

If you get ALL channels, then retune your box with the aerial lead not plugged in. This will clear any memory and show 0 channels. Then replace the aerial lead and retune.

Usually the first thing you should check is the aerial, @Liddlek.

 

@fr8ys will be able to give you step by step guidelines.
