I have Now tv Boost through Talktalk. I want to remove it to enable me to subscribe to Now tv Ultraboost.
2 hours contact with talktalk and now tv, neither take responsibility. Now tv say they cannot remove it as the subscription is through a 3rd party. Talktalk say only Now tv can remove it. Unbelievably stressful.
Advice on here was to contact Now - hit a brick wall with both companies.

@SueJo1 I have now heard back from the forum manager who has said that Now were to expedite this issue, but this has clearly not happened.
She is taking this up with them again to get them to resolve this for you.

On the app it takes me to a page which offers ‘change’ but nothing happens if I click on. If I go onto webpage and click it takes me to Talktalk account page.

I started my dialogue with Talktalk and Now at the very beginning of this month. My first post on this platform was on 6th August. It is now 27th August and still Now are saying it is a Talktalk issue and Talktalk are saying it is definitely a Now problem. I am waiting for updates which don’t seem to be giving me any more information. I have tried every means of communication and always meet with the same responses. Other than cancelling all my subscriptions and using a new email to sign up afresh does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you
