Hi, I am trying to remove the payment for the TV part of my package. I can find no way to do this. I have the 4K box, but have all the features on my smart TV. Any information will be great. Thanks.

TV is not a boost, but a part of your package as a contract, @juliehut.

 

You need to phone Talktalk during the day to get this removed from your contract and also arrange the return of the box.

 

Call 03451 720088 between 9am and 7pm (weekdays) and before 6pm if Saturday.
