Does anyone have trouble with UDrama not working with new content. Also Alibi is not showing on my TV. Any reasons why?

Are you getting them with a direct aerial feed on your TV?

TalkTalk don't broadcast the channels so can't be blamed for signal issues or changes to broadcasters. Channels do change over time.

It's probably the weather, but check the Freeview website to check what stations you should get, or if there are any maintenance issues in your region.

If an app isn't responding, then I'd try a factory reset to the box, but this does mean you'd have to sign into apps again.

Both channel and catch up not working. Feeling cheated as both channels were available when I renewed my contract.

Which box do you have?

The weather can cause issues with some of these channels especially when it's hot.

Is it the channels or your catch-up app that is not working as you mention "new content"?
