I reset my TV Hub to factory settings. Now it no longer gives me apps for Channel 4 and ITVX. Does anyone know how I can access these, please?

Hi
Do you have a freeview aerial connected to the TV HUB. Apps such as ITVX will now show if no freeview signal is detected.
