Our YouView box from TT is causing problems. We are finding that it is failing to record programs and is also shutting down in the middle of playback and also while watching live programs.

Have carried out various help suggestions and carried out a factory reset but it still keeps happening.

How can i obtain a replacement YouView box or a Hub which i see advertised on TV.

Advice would be appreciated.

To see if you are eligible for a new box you need to contact customer services. It may also require you to re-contract.

Please note that if you are eligible for a new box, TalkTalk now only supply non recordable ones., So it's best to try all alternatives if recording is important to you.

 

Also the new Hub is currently only available on certain contracts.
