Hello

 

I have a question about TalkTalk + TV package.  I have just come to the end of Fibre 65 with TalkTalk TV 4K box (paid discounted rate of £2.50 for TalkTalk TV discount).

 

Today I have renewed on a new contract for 24 months.  I will be paying the same discounted rate of £2.50 for TalkTalk TV,

 

I am told I will be sent out a new TV box.  I have just seen on an email that I will be charged £9.95 delivery for this.

 

I am going to continue to use my current box as it is working fine. So don't so the need for another box or to have to pay delivery to receive one.

 

So my question is - what am I actually paying for - ie the box or the fact that I use the box.  I don't have to return my original box so would I be able to just keep using that and not pay the £2.50 a month?

Thanks for the response. That makes sense. I was originally confused as was told could keep both boxes.

Hi

 

The TV charge will be £2.50 no matter which TV box you use.  You can keep using the Netgem 4K TV box that you have now, or you can use the new Android based TV hub.  It's up to you. A returns bag is on the way, just return the one you don't use.
