Can someone confirm that if I cancel "Talktalk TV" when/if I renew my broadband contract next month, that my Talktalk box will continue to record and pause live TV? 

 

To be honest I don't know why I've been paying for it for the past 18 months, except the last renewal price was OK including it, but never really knew what the charge actually covered!!!!

Your box will continue to work as if it were a retail box. You will lose no functionality regarding recording etc and still have access to the apps 

 

You will though no longer be eligible for a replacement box should yours fail, but be aware the replacement boxes do not have recording function ( or very limited depending on box).

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
