Hi I ordered talk talk tv and I didn’t realise you needed an aerial so i need to return the box.I did ring customer services but they were no help at all.does anyone know the return address please as I can just send the box back as I can’t use it.

You can cancel your TV subscription at any time, subject to a minimum term of one month. Get back to the customer services team and tell them that is precisely what you want to do.

I’ve added my number. Looking at my bill they have charged me for the tv but I haven’t used it.it’s so hard to explain to customer services they do not listen I’ve tried can you help please.my experience so far with talk talk is awful I wish I’d never left sky

Make sure that you have completed your community forum profile details for them to identify your account.
Add your Talktalk landline number or account number by going via your avatar/name; settings; Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
