My tv keeps buffering during programmes and rewinding

What steps have you taken to rectify this?
Reboot router? Reboot / reset box?
I assume rewinding is only whilst using catch up apps?
Have you run a speed test?
How is the box connected to the router? WiFi, power lines or direct ethernet.
If you can provide this information we can then offer more advice.
