Hi all. New to talktalk tv.

I'm not using an aerial to receive tv , does any one know how to get rid of this message please. My remote won't get rid of it and controls the background.

An aerial is required to view the guide.

 

Channels are on available via an aerial.

 

Some catch up apps such as ITVX and All4 require an aerial on set up to confirm your region.

 

Pressing the guide or home button should remove this message. It will appear each time you press the guide, unless you have an aerial connected 

 

Hope this clarifies the position.
