How is the box connected to the Router? Direct or via power line plugs?
If via power lines, are all the lights on on both?
If not, you should find a pinhole on the plugs to reset them. With them plugged in, use a pin in both.
Also, whether using powerlines or not, reboot your router, and on the TV box, press the power button on the front (I'm assuming you have a YouView box), for around 10 seconds until it restarts.
Hopefully this will reset the connection between the router and box, but if not please let us know the status of all connections.
