@LeoKeith I believe it's the 3 lines on the bottom right button on the TV Hub remote that gives you access.

 

I'm not at home at the moment to check but give that a try if you have the Hub.

Which box do you have?

 

Is this for live TV or via catchup apps?

 

Each app has a different way of accessing subtitles, and some have no subtitles, and some only on certain programmes.

 

For live TV subtitles google your box and add, accessing subtitles. This will bring up a guide to you buttons.
