My telly is one hour behind after the clocks have gone forward at the weekend. It has always rectified itself in the past so why hasn't it done it this time and how do I sort it.

I'm sorry for the delay. A software is being rolled out to resolve this. If the software hasn't updated last night then this can be manually updated in the TV settings.
