we have a new box we have set it up but we are unable to get freeview  we had it before and it didn't require an Ariel.

can anyone help please

I don't know what you had before as freeview has always required an aerial.

 

do you still have the old box connected? If so this will have an aerial in the back. To set up the new box remove this and connect to the new box.

 

All freeview devices, TV and boxes, require a separate aerial feed. You can buy simple splitters and leads from local supermarkets or local market electrical stalls.
