Trouble still with my 4K box. Every day it’s the same story BBC 1,2,4, ch9 and then no more channels till numbers in the treble figures come on the screen
I’ve tried pressing the switch on the side of the box, 5 times.Gone to settings and advanced settings to set up the channels, sometimes they all one back sometimes they don’t so it no live channels other than the2 bbc or the catchup is back on again
All this and still no phoneline though the promise is this Friday, so fingers crossed. Could I have a new 4k box please
